Cold Stone Creamery Fundraiser

This year after the Jog-A-Thon, Niwot Elementary staff served up ice cream at Cold Stone Creamery to a very supportive crowd of Niwot students and family. The Mwebaza Foundation received 15% of all profits made from the entire day!

Niwot Jog-A-Thon – 2015

This year the Niwot Jog-A-Thon brought in over $8,000 that was used to complete the construction of St. Paul Schools’ new school building and continue the construction of the middle school that will serve Mwebaza School graduates.

Niwot Jog-A-Thon – 2012

The Jog-a-Thon continues to be a fun, schoolwide event for Niwot Elementary, and a successful fundraiser as well!  This year, over $10,000 was raised through this event, held in early May.  The money will be used towards building a middle school for Mwebaza students, and a primary school for St. Paul students.  Construction is scheduled to begin in 2013.

Niwot Jog-A-Thon – 2010

During the spring of 2010, Niwot Elementary hosted a Jog-a-Thon to raise money for Mwebaza School. The Jog-a-Thon raised just over $9,000. This money will be used to help Mwebaza School begin the construction of classrooms for children between the ages of 10 and 14. We thank all who volunteered to make this such a successful event.

Niwot Nostalgia Days – 2010

Niwot Nostalgia Days, which takes place each fall, celebrates the history and progress of the town of Niwot. This is an all-day affair that features a parade, vendor booths, and live music. A group of Niwot Students represented the Mwebaza Foundation in the parade.

Niwot Art Show and Sale – 2009

During the spring of 2009, Niwot Elementary hosted an art sale to raise money for Mwebaza School. Student-created, African-style art was sold along with professionally-made Ugandan batiks, stylishly framed through a gift from an anonymous donor. We thank all who volunteered to make this such a successful event.

During the fall of 2009, Niwot Elementary hosted a book sale to raise money for Mwebaza School. We thank all who volunteered to make this such a successful event.
