Through these cross-cultural education programs in Colorado and Uganda classrooms, as well as social enterprise development with Ugandan communities, we challenge existing power dynamics, develop meaningful international connections, and support grassroots projects that center on local expertise and perspectives.
We focus on reciprocal knowledge transfer, participatory design, and genuine community agency to continue scaling solutions to poverty, inequity, and injustice.

We collaborate with Ugandan community members to develop cooperatively run social enterprises. As businesses grow, participants and our partner schools earn income that builds financial agency to create a sustainable and just future.
