Returns: Because our products are handcrafted by artisans in Uganda, each piece is unique, and we are unable to offer returns or exchanges for products sold through Mwebaza Market, our online store.

Tribute Gifts: Please note that "Tribute Gifts" (e.g., goats, chickens, eggs) are considered direct donations to Mwebaza and are non-refundable.

Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please email us at outreach@mwebaza.org within 48 hours with a photo, and we will send a replacement or issue a refund.

Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
